OpenRouter and Together, from their docs

OpenRouter’s FAQ says it passes through the provider’s inference price and does not mark it up. It charges a fee when you purchase credits. The FAQ markdown leaves the card and crypto fee formulas unexpanded, so those percents are not stated here. BYOK usage above the allowance is a fee of 5% of the normal OpenRouter cost. Pay-as-you-go includes $25,000 per month with no BYOK fee.

Together’s model pages print a dollar rate for a specific endpoint. Two fetched on the same day:

Together endpointInput / 1MCached input / 1MOutput / 1MContext label
zai-org/GLM-5.3-Flash$0.15$0.03$0.501M
moonshotai/Kimi-K3$3.00$0.30$15.001M

A matching OpenRouter row for those two ids was not copied. OpenRouter says each model shows a per-million-token price in its catalog, and that price is the provider’s. Using OpenRouter for a Together model would, on OpenRouter’s wording, bill the provider rate rather than a second markup, plus whatever credit-purchase fee applied when the credits were bought. That is not the same as Together invoicing you directly.

OpenRouter :free variants are a separate catalog entry: 20 requests per minute, and 50 or 1,000 requests per day, for ids ending in :free. Together’s two model pages above are paid listed rates, not a free allowance.
